Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer standard and expedited shipping options depending on your location and selected carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

International Shipping

Currently, Nex2Max ships only within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

Nex2Max is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, you may reach out to us at nex2max12@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
